Business Chats

The Business Chats section lets you and your team communicate directly with your AI assistants and with real users who contact your business through connected integrations such as your web chat widget, Telegram bot, or other channels.

You can use this space to:

  • Chat privately with your AI for internal use
  • View and manage visitor conversations
  • Allow team members to join live chats and respond directly

💬 Accessing Business Chats

  1. Go to Business → Chats
    🔗 https://ainisa.com/business/chat

  2. You’ll see all active and historical chats, including:

    • Internal chats started by your business team
    • Visitor chats from your website, Telegram, or other connected integrations
  3. Click any chat to open it and view the conversation.


🤖 Chat with Your AI

You can start a new conversation directly with your AI Assistant for brainstorming, testing, or automation.

  • Click the AI Assistant name to open a private chat with that assistant.
  • These chats are visible only to your business team.
  • Use them for:
    • Testing prompts and behaviors before public use
    • Asking internal questions (analytics, data, content help, etc.)
    • Running quick idea or workflow sessions

🌍 Chats from Visitors

When a visitor messages your business through:

  • The web chat widget
  • Telegram bot
  • (and soon) Slack, WhatsApp, or other integrations

Their messages automatically appear inside Business Chats.

You’ll see them labeled as Visitor Chats, with details like:

  • Visitor’s source (e.g., “Website”, “Telegram”)
  • Conversation timestamp
  • Assigned AI Assistant

👥 Team Collaboration and Human Support

  • Any team member in your business account can join an ongoing visitor chat.
  • When a human joins, Ainisa will pause the AI’s responses and route the conversation to that team member.
  • The human can reply directly from the Business Chats dashboard — messages will be sent to the same channel the visitor used (for example, Telegram or the website widget).
  • Team members can:
    • Take over the conversation manually when needed
    • Leave the chat to return control to the AI
    • Attach files, view context, and continue the thread seamlessly

💡 Example:
A visitor messages through your website chat. Ainisa answers automatically.
If the question is complex, a team member joins from the Business Panel and sends a personal reply — the visitor sees it instantly in the same chat window.

💡 Notes

  • Only authorized team members can access Business Chats.
  • Visitor-originated chats include full message history and channel details.
  • When a human replies from the dashboard, Ainisa automatically delivers that message to the original source (Telegram, web chat, etc.).
  • Future updates will include chat assignments, tags, and auto-handoff rules.
