💬 Web Integration
The Web Integration feature allows you to connect your AI Assistant to your website using a customizable chat widget.
Each web integration acts as a communication bridge — enabling real-time conversations, lead collection, and customer support directly from your site.
🌐 Where to Manage Web Integrations
You can manage all website integrations from your Business Dashboard → Integrations

This section lists all active integrations — including Web, Telegram, and other upcoming platforms.
🪄 Creating a Website Integration
To create a new web integration, click Create Integration, then select Website.
You’ll then be able to configure the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Integration Title | The display name for this integration (e.g., “Ainisa Website Chat”). |
| Widget Type | Currently supports Compact Chat — a minimal, clean chat design. |
| Widget Language | Choose your widget interface language (e.g., English, Azerbaijani, Turkish, etc.). |
| Assistant | Select which AI Assistant will handle conversations in this widget. |
| API Key | Select the API key used to authorize communication with Ainisa API. |
| Domains | Add one or more allowed website domains. For security reasons, widgets will only load on listed domains unless your assistant is public. |
| Ready Messages to Start Chat | Optional quick-start messages visitors can click to start a chat faster. |
🎨 Widget Style
After creating your web integration, you can customize its appearance under Widget Style.
You can adjust:
- Header background and text colors
- Assistant message and name colors
- Sender background and text colors
- Button styles and preview positioning
- Live preview of your widget’s look
Additional features are available for Pro and higher subscription plans:
- “Powered by Ainisa” toggle
- Multiple AI model switching in chat
- File uploading inside chat
- Voice message (audio recording) support
💡 Notes
- Each integration can connect to a different AI Assistant.
- Widgets can be domain-restricted for enhanced security.
- Public assistants work on any website without domain limits.
- Advanced widget features are unlocked from Pro Plan and above.
- All integrations are visible in the Integrations section of your dashboard.
