After you’ve added your AI provider and model, you’re ready to create your AI Assistant — the core of how your business interacts with users.
Each assistant is powered by a specific AI model and can be customized for different purposes (like customer support, lead generation, or content creation).

Each assistant card displays:
- Assistant name
- Buttons to Edit, Manage AI Actions, Start Chat, or Delete
➕ Create a New Assistant
Click Create New Assistant to open the assistant setup page.

This form allows you to define how your AI assistant behaves, remembers context, and communicates with users.
🧩 Field Explanations
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Assistant Name | The display name for your assistant (e.g., Vakansiya.Biz Assistant). |
| Text for Starting Conversation | The message your assistant sends first when a chat begins. |
| Is Public? (Everyone Can Use) | Determines if other users or businesses can access this assistant. (Currently disabled — public sharing is not active yet.) |
| Default Model | Select which model (from your added models) powers this assistant. |
| Maximum Messages in Short-Term Memory | Defines how many of the most recent messages the AI remembers as context in the current chat. Example: 3 means it remembers the last 3 messages. Recommended number is 10-15 |
| Maximum Messages in Long-Term Memory | Defines how many “important” messages (like user preferences, name, etc.) are kept over time. |
| Available Tools | Specify which tools this assistant can use — for example, search, action triggers, or API integrations. |
| Creativity | Controls how creative or deterministic the AI is. • A low number = more precise, less creative • A high number = more creative, but less consistent Keep it 1 for balanced results. |
| Description | A short summary explaining what the assistant does. This appears in lists and dashboards. |
| System Prompt | The “personality” and base instructions of your assistant. This defines its tone, role, and behavior — for example: “You are a helpful assistant specialized in HR and recruitment.” |
